Based in Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Providence Wellbeing is a specialist provider of mental health care for adolescents and adults accessible under a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan. Providence Wellbeing also provides specialist occupational therapy services for plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants experiencing psychosocial disability, intellectual/cognitive disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury. Providence Wellbeing provides services across the entire Mid North Coast region.

Areas of Practice
Medicare Mental Health Care Plans
Evidence-based therapy for people with a diagnosed mental health issue referred a General Practitioner, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist. Subsidised sessions through Medicare. Mobile, telehealth and centre-based services are available.
Eating Disorder Treatment
Evidence-based therapies for people experiencing eating disorders (including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder). Medicare rebates for people referred by a psychiatrist under a Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment plan. Mobile and centre-based services are available.
NDIS Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy functional assessments
Occupational therapy assessments and interventions for people experiencing psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or acquired brain injury who are NDIS participants or are seeking access to the NDIS.
