Fees for sessions under a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan are $140 per session, with a Medicare rebate of $77.80. Out of pocket cost per session is $62.20.

NDIS funded occupational therapy services are charged according to the NDIS price guide for plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Where home visits and/or community-based services are provided travel costs may be charged to a participant’s plan.

Occupational therapy functional assessments to support applications for access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme are charged at a rate of $150 per hour. The total cost for occupational therapy functional assessments includes the time required to complete a comprehensive written assessment report. Fees for clinical supervision for occupational therapists and other mental health professionals are $150 per 1 hour session. Clinical supervision is available in-person and remotely via Google Meet.
